Upcoming: Ex-bureau controller to plead guilty
MONDAY: The Palm Beach County Convention and Visitors Bureau's former controller is scheduled to appear in court today on one charge of grand theft over $100,000 and one charge of money laundering over $100,000. Donna Duffer, 55, allegedly forged more than 200 checks over three years, totaling nearly $1.6 million, to pay for her online gambling addiction. She is expected to plead guilty today
