Georgia man held in sex assault
A 23-year-old man who allegedly flew from Georgia to have sex with a 15-year-old Eagan girl he met over the Internet was charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct Thursday. Christopher David Hipsley is being held at the Dakota County Jail in lieu of $150,000
