Teen Accused of Online Threats
EPWORTH - A Dubuque County teenager is charged with first-degree harassment after threats in an internet chat room. On Friday, a student at Western Dubuque High School in Epworth told school officials her ex-boyfriend made the threats during a MySpace chat room discussion Thursday
