Jury Could Not Agree On 1st Degree
The Stephen Grant jury foreman said the decision on second-degree murder reached by the six-man, six-woman jury was not easy. Gary Hafner told Local 4, "We kept trying, and trying, and trying to get to that first, for everyone to be on that first-degree murder, and we could just not get there as a whole."
