No degree may mean no chance
QAt 39, I find I must look for new employment after 20 years. My company is being sold. I worked my way up and have no college degree. Everywhere I apply for a comparable position, I'm told a degree is required. Don't tell me to go back and get a degree - I have two kids in college, and our money goes for their education. Advice? -
